El Salvador

Nathan called tonight from El Salvador! It was so great to hear his voice! He sounds wonderful!

We were concerned about his handling of his very first flight, but he did well. There was a bit of motion sickness, but no throwing up. I asked him what he had eaten today and he said for lunch he had KFC and for dinner, Pizza Hut! I cannot believe he's not sampling the local fare!

They began their time with the children and VBS this morning. Nate said the children would call his name and then rattle something in Spanish. He said he doesn't have a clue what they are saying, but loves the attention and the activity!

This afternoon the group went to the church to lay out the plans for their building project.

Nate said the temps are cool in the evenings and in the 90's during the day.

He's having a great time! Thank you for your continued prayers for the entire team! We are so proud of Nathan for following the Lord's leading in his life!
