The choir from Parkway Wesleyan Church where we are members, was invited to sing with the Gaither Homecoming Christmas Tour at the Roanoke Civic Center, Dec. 6. We had incredible seats and a wonderful time of praising and singing! We sang 2 specials and then backed up the Gaither Vocal Band and other artists! What a blast!
Our seats were to the left of the stage so our view was actually of everyone's backs. But it was a great time and an honor to be asked to participate!

Mark Lowry was on hand for humor and a story about "Piper" the mouse.
Janet Pascal. I didn't know she has been battling breast cancer. Her sister as well. She reported that both of them are currently completely cancer free!

Ernie Haase and the Signature Sound sang with the Gaither Vocal Band. I love that!
Probably the highlight of the evening on a fan level was when Cressalyn was able to speak with David Phelps. He is one of Kenny's favorite singers and it was fun to get this picture to share with Kenny.
We have heard reports from so many who were touched by the ministry of the choir. Many have inquired about the church and services times. It will be fun to see who God brings our way just because of a 4 hour concert!
