How to bathe a 1 year old in 15 steps

1. Call the 1 year old to you.

2. Ask the 1 year old to go into the bathroom.

3. Chase the 1 year old as she runs away.

4. Catch the 1 year old.

5. Wrestle the 1 year old into the bathroom and quickly shut the door.

6. Scoop your arms around the 1 year old who is now flattened on the floor in a feeble attempt to avoid capture.

7. Heave the 1 year old into the bathtub.

8. Turn on the water being careful not to burn the 1 year old.

9. Use a large cup to poor water over the hair of the 1 year old.

10. Add shampoo and lather, really working the shampoo all through the hair.

11. Rinse.

12. Tell the 1 year old not to drink the bath water.

13. Wrap the 1 year old in a large towel and dry off excess water.

14. Stand back as the 1 year old helps by shaking.

15. Mop up the water from the floor...walls...mirrors...cabinets...then change clothes.
