We have officially joined the group of humans who like the think they own their home! Ken keeps telling me that it is the bank who actually owns it an allows us the rights of occupancy!
However you want to look at it....WE HAVE OUR OWN HOUSE!!!!!!!!
So what if it took over 20 years to get one of our own???? It's all in God's time, right?

Congratulations. You bought one and we would sell ours in a minute if the market was better just to get out of debt but it will take years for the housing market to make a come back in Michigan so we are stuck for awhile. Have fun decorating and putting your own personal touches to it. That is the fun part...its just the mortgage part that I don't like...lol.
You did such a great job on Cressalyn's room last time that I am eagerly waiting to see what happens this time!
